3. Lease must commence prior to or on 21/07/2025.
4. Offer is valid on a One Bedroom Shared Apartment (2 Bedroom Apartment - Standard) on a whole year or half year contract.
5. Contracts must be whole year or half year lease term to be eligible to receive a $500 rent rebate with a lease end date of either 02/07/2026 or 09/02/2026.
6. The rent rebate will be applied as a rental credit in the last month of the lease.
7. Residents will not be eligible for the rent rebate if the resident breaks lease or ends their agreement prior to the contract expiry date.
8. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
