Terms and conditions:

1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Herston.
2. The offer is valid for all new bookings received from the 3rd September 2025 - 31st December 2025 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. The resident must sign a new lease contract with UniLodge Herston for one of the following stay periods:
   • Academic Year
   • Full Year
4. Lease must commence on or after 3rd September 2025.
5. If the resident signs a Full Year lease they will receive a gift voucher which will be provided to eligible residents in two separate cards/transactions. The resident will receive two gift cards with the amount of $250 in June 2026.
6. If the resident signs an Academic Year lease they will receive a gift voucher in one transaction and will be provided in June 2026.
7. All gift cards provided to the resident through this offer can be used towards their rent. 
8. If a resident wants to use the gift cards towards their rent, they must settle their rent at the reception at UniLodge Herston.
9. Residents must be checked in and in-room to receive the gift cards.
10. If a resident breaks lease prior to the contract expiry date, they will not be provided the gift card.
11. If a resident breaks lease prior to the contract expiry date and they have received the gift card, they are required to pay back the gift voucher amount in full prior to departure.
12. The gift voucher supplier will be Gift Pay Express and the gift voucher will be supplied to the resident via the email address provided on their lease. With all terms and conditions that are stated by Gift Pay Express to be adhered to, visit here for further information.
13. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
14. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
15. This offer is valid at UniLodge Herston and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
16. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
17. This offer can not be used in conjunction with another UniLodge Herston offer.
18. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents.
