1. You must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Wellesley Apartments to be eligible for this offer.
2. Discounted rates are available for eligible new bookings only, and are valid until the allocated rooms are sold out or the offer expires—whichever comes first.
3. All new residents must have paid their advance rent of four (4) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
4. This offer applies to leases of 42 - 52 weeks in length.
5. Rooms as per allocation and cannot be exchanged for any other room within the property.
6. Prices are accurate as of 29 May 2025 and are subject to change without notice.
7. Lease must commence prior to or on 31 August 2025.
8. This offer is valid until 30 June 2025 unless extended or withdrawn earlier at UniLodge’s discretion.
9. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
