DISCOUNTED RATES TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. You must be classified as a new or existing resident at UniLodge Herston to be eligible for this offer. Existing residents must be at the end of their current lease term to be eligible to apply for a new lease on the discounted rental rate. 
2. The $199 per week rate is available on the 2 Bed Bunk room type on a full year lease and $219 per week on a half year lease.
3. The $269 per week rate is available on the Single Loft room type on a full year lease and $289 per week on a half year lease.
4. The $219 per week rate is available on the Twin Room room type on a full year lease and $239 per week on a half year lease.
5. A full year lease is a minimum of 51 weeks and a half year lease is a minimum of 29 weeks.
6. The offer is valid for all applications and deposits received from 06/06/2024 until 5pm AEST, 31/08/2024 or until allocation is exhausted.
7. Lease must commence prior to or on 31/08/2024.
8. All residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
10. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

RENT REBATE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. You must be classified as a new or existing resident at UniLodge Herston to be eligible for this offer. Existing residents must be at the end of their current lease term to be eligible to apply for a new lease on the discounted rental rate. 
2. The $200 rent rebate is available on the Single Room room type on a 2024 Sem2 Full Year Stay lease or 2024 Sem2 Half Year lease.
3. A full year lease is a minimum of 51 weeks and a half year lease is a minimum of 29 weeks.
4. Single Room Rent Rebate offer will be applied to the account within six (6) weeks of checking into the room. At the time of application of the rent rebate, the resident’s rental account should not be in arrears. If the arrears are not cleared, this will cause delay and forfeiture of issuing the incentive.
5. In the event of a lease break, residents will not be eligible for this offer and the rental credit will be added back into the residents rental account.
