*TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. You must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Herston to be eligible for this offer. 
  2. The offer is valid for all new applications and deposits received until 31/08/2025 or until allocation is exhausted.
  3. The ongoing rent rebate will be credited to your account weekly until the end of the signed fixed term lease agreement.
  4. In the event of a lease break, residents will not be eligible for this offer and the rental credit amount will be added back into the resident’s rental account. Therefore, will be required to pay back all the credits applied to the account. 
  5. Lease must commence prior to or on 30/09/2025. Full Year leases must end between 06/07/2026 and 13/07/2026. Academic Year leases must end between 02/02/2026 and 09/02/2026. Semester 2 leases must end between 15/12/2025 and 31/01/2026.
  6. Gift card will be sent to the resident via email by 28/11/2025.
  7. The gift card supplier will be Gift Pay and the gift card will be supplied to the resident via the email address they complete the survey on. Terms and conditions that are stated by Gift Pay on their website will be adhered to; visit giftpay.com.au for further information.
  8. All residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
  9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
