*TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. To be eligible for this offer you must be classified as a resident of La Trobe University – Glenn College and opt in for catered meals at the time of booking.
2. This offer applies only to bookings received and confirmed from 30.10.23 – 30.09.24 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Residents who apply for the 2024 Academic Year Catered contract (available until 30 April) will receive a weekly rental rate of $220* per person, per week.
4. Residents who apply for the 2024 Semester 2 Catered contract will receive a weekly rental rate of $230* per person, per week.
5. Cost of the catered meals is an additional $140 per week and is charged fortnightly with rental payments.  
6. Lease must commence prior to or on 30.09.24.
7. Lease must end prior to or on 06.12.2024.
8. All new residents must have paid their bond payment to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date in the Letter of Offer will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
9. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
10. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
11. This offer is available if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents.
12. This offer is only valid at La Trobe University – Glenn College and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
