3.    This offer is valid only for eligible 6 Bedroom Multishare Rooms at UniLodge South Bank. No other room types or lease lengths are included in this promotion.
4.    Eligible residents must successfully check in to their booked room to qualify for this offer.
5.    Eligible residents will receive one (1) $250 Grocery Gift Card following successful check-in.
6.    This offer is limited to one (1) $250 Grocery Gift Card per eligible resident/booking.
7.    This offer is available for eligible bookings made directly with UniLodge South Bank or via approved education agents, booking agents or referral agents.
8.    The gift card retailer and gift card type are determined by UniLodge South Bank and may vary subject to availability.
9.    This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, rent credit or any other benefit.
