Terms and Conditions: Refer a Friend Campaign – Student Living on Villiers: 

1. This offer is valid from 18/08/2025 to 31/08/2025 or until digital visa gift cards or rooms are exhausted.
2. The referrer must be classified as a current resident at Student Living on Villiers. The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new eligible resident and confirmed lease must commence on or from 18/08/2025 – 5/09/2025 (weekday only) to receive a $200 digital visa gift card. 
3. To be eligible for this offer the referee must sign a Half Year lease (ending 31/01/2026) or Full Year lease (ending 30/06/2026).
4. The referee must include the referrer's name on the application form.
5. A maximum of 4 people can be referred by one referrer.
6. Only one person can be noted as the referrer.
7. The referrer and referee will be emailed the digital visa gift cards within 4 weeks from the referred resident checking in to Student Living on Villiers and full deposit, bond and first rental payments received. 
8. The gift voucher supplier will be True Rewards and the gift voucher will be supplied to the residents via the email address provided on their lease. With all terms and conditions that are stated by True Rewards to be adhered to. For more information visit the True Rewards website.
