UniLodge Melbourne CBD and Central – Monash College Stay Period Terms & Conditions: 

1. You must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Melbourne CBD or UniLodge Melbourne Central to be eligible for this offer.
2. The rates are only valid for eligible bookings of the below room types and must be received from 16/07/2025 to 08/09/2025, unless sold out prior.
   1. Studio Standard Apartment at UniLodge Melbourne CBD from $499 per week  
   2. Studio Standard Apartment at UniLodge Melbourne Central from $529 per week 
   3. 6 Bedroom Apartment at UniLodge Melbourne Central from $450 per week 
3. All new residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
4. This offer applies only to a minimum lease of 14 weeks. 
5. Pricing is correct as at 24/07/2023.
6. Lease must commence between: 
   1. Monash College Preparation Program: 22/09/2025— 6/10/2025
   2.  Monash College Foundation Year: 18/08/2025 – 1/09/2025
7.  Lease must end between: 
   1. Monash College Preparation Program: 16/01/2025 – 30/01/2025 
   2. Monash College Foundation Year: 08/12/2025 – 19/12/2025 
8. This offer is valid until 08/09/2025.
9. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
10. This offer is only valid at UniLodge Melbourne CBD and UniLodge Melbourne Central and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
11. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
12. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
