1. You must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Melbourne CBD to be eligible for the Flexi Stay offer. 
2. The discounted rates are only valid for eligible bookings of the below room type(s) and must be received from 25/07/2025 to 29/09/2025, unless sold out prior.
   • Studio Standard: $480 per week  
3. All new residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
4. Lease must commence between 28/07/2025 to 29/09/2025.
5. This offer applies only to a minimum lease of 8 weeks. 
6. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
7. This offer is only valid at UniLodge Melbourne CBD and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
8. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
