*TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. To be eligible for this offer you must be classified as a full-time, first year student of La Trobe University applying for accommodation at Living at La Trobe in Bundoora, Bendigo, Albury Wodonga, Shepparton, Ballarat, Mildura, or Melton.
2. This offer applies only to the first 100 bookings (Semester 1, Semester 2 and Academic Year contracts) received and confirmed from 04/12/2023 – 29/06/2024, or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Semester 1 and Academic Year leases must commence prior to or on 30/04/2024.
4. Semester 2 leases must commence prior to or on 08/07/2024.
5. This offer applies only to a minimum contract length of 22 weeks.
6. This offer ends 29/06/2024.
7. Students must apply for accommodation via the unique identifiers process outlined in their EDM offer letter.
8. Applications must be received before 23/01/2024 for Semester 1 enrolment and before 29/06/2024 for Semester 2 enrolment.
9. The “Accommodation Guarantee” is a one-year program and does not extend beyond the lease term.
10. Applicants’ accommodation preferences will be allocated subject to availability.
11. All new residents must have paid their bond payment of $1,000 to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date in the Letter of Offer will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
12. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
13. This offer is valid at La Trobe University – Living at La Trobe in Bundoora, Bendigo, Albury Wodonga, Shepparton, Ballarat, Mildura, or Melton, and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
14. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
15. This offer is available if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents.
