Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible, applicants must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge East West Apartments, defined as individuals who do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a residential agreement at the Property.  
2. The offer is valid for new applications submitted and deposits received between 01/04/2026 and 30/06/2026, or until allocation is exhausted.  
3. Eligible leases must commence on or before 31/07/2027. 
4. Only half-year or full-year lease agreements are eligible. Lease end dates must be either 01/02/2027 or 01/07/2027 to qualify.  
5. The offer does not apply to apartment numbers 52, 53, 102, and 103, which are subject to a seperate Management Agreement.  
6. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 1 weeks for 1 bedroom in 3 bedrooms shared apartment or advance rent of 2 weeks for 1 bedroom apartment to secure their bookings as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.  
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer. 
8. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.  
9. This offer is valid only at UniLodge East West Apartments and is not applicable to any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand. 
10. This offer does not apply to bookings that were submitted, accepted, or had deposits paid prior to 31/03/2026. 
11. Bookings made via education, booking, or referral agents are eligible, provided all other terms and conditions are met.  
12. Pricing is correct as at 01/04/2026 and is subject to change.  
13. UniLodge reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.
