2. The discounted rate is only valid for eligible new bookings received between  1 – 31 August 2025, or until the allocated rooms are sold out.

3. All new residents must pay an advance rent of four (4) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date will result in ineligibility for this offer.
4. This offer applies only to leases between 42 and 52 weeks in length.
5. Discounted rooms are allocated and cannot be exchanged for other room types within the property.
