1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Metro Adelaide.
2. The offer is valid for new applications and deposits received from 14/07/2025 until 31/07/2025 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Lease must commence prior to or on 31/08/2025.
4. Offer is valid on a Two Bedroom Shared Apartment on a whole year or half year contract.
5. Contracts must be whole year or half year lease term to be eligible to receive a $500 rent rebate & the discounted price of $320 per week with a lease end date of either 02/07/2026 or 09/02/2026.
6. The discounted rate of $320 per week can only be applied to bookings made with the application form via the UniLodge website.
7. The discounted rate of $320 per week is only applicable to one room in the Two Bedroom Shared Apartment.
8. The rent rebate will be applied as a rental credit in the last month of the lease.
9. Residents will not be eligible for the rent rebate if the resident breaks lease or ends their agreement prior to the contract expiry date.
10. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
11. The rent rebate offer can only be used in conjunction with the discounted rate of $320 per week for 2 Bedroom Apartment Standard.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
13. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
14. This offer is valid at UniLodge Metro Adelaide and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
