1. You must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Victoria University to be eligible for this offer.
2.  The discounted rate is available for eligible new bookings only, using the discount code: VUCHRISSIE
3. This offer is valid until the allocated Studio Regular Apartments are sold out or the offer expires - whichever comes first.
4. All new residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
5. This offer applies exclusively to the Christmas in July Short Stay rate for Studio Regular Apartments. 
6. Rooms as per allocation and cannot be exchanged for any other room within the property.
7. Lease must commence between 1/09/2025-1/11/2025 and end 15/01/2026 (fixed date), with a MLOS of 10 weeks. 
8. This offer is valid until 1/08/2025 unless extended or withdrawn earlier at UniLodge’s discretion.
9. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
