Terms and Conditions*

*2 Weeks Free* Rent Including Cleaning - Terms & Conditions:

1. This offer is valid for all new bookings received from the 20/05/2025 to 30/06/2025.
2. You must be classified as a new resident of UniLodge Park Avenue to be eligible for this offer.
3. The 2 Weeks Free Rent offer is for one bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment or a standard bedroom.
4. The 2 Weeks Free Rent will be applied as a 2-week rental credit in the last 2 weeks of the lease period.
5. This offer is only valid for the first 25 bookings or unless sold out prior and is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
6. In the event of a lease break, residents will not be eligible for the 2-week free rent offer.
7. To be eligible for this offer, the Semester 2 booking must start on or after the 6th June, 2025 and end no later than 31 December, 2025.
8. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. Free Cleaning Clause:
   • Free - Fortnightly cleaning is made available to 3 Bedroom Apartments.
   • Free - Daily cleaning is made available to Standard Bedrooms.
   • All free cleaning services only applies to shared spaces such as the kitchen, bathrooms and communal areas. Private spaces remain the responsibility of the resident renting the bedroom and should be kept as per the leasing agreement.
10. This offer is only valid at UniLodge Park Avenue and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
11. All new bookings must have all lease documents signed, and their full deposit paid to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
12. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
