1-week free rent on us! Terms and conditions:

1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge East West Apartments.
2. The offer is valid for new applications and deposits received from 23/06/2025 until 31/07/2025 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Lease must commence prior to or on 31/07/2025.
4. Contracts must be full year or half year lease term to be eligible to receive the 1-week free rent with a lease end date of either 01/07/2026 or 02/02/2026.
5. This offer won’t be valid on apartment numbers 52, 53, 102, 103 as they are on a separate Management Agreement.
6. The 1-week free rent will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.
7. Residents will not be eligible for the 1 week free if the resident breaks lease or ends their agreement prior to the contract expiry date.
8. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
10. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
11. This offer is valid at UniLodge East West Apartments and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
12. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted before 23/06/2025.
13. This offer is also valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
