Eligibility criteria
To qualify for the rebate, you must meet all of the following:

• Be a current or commencing ANU student in Semester 2, 2025
• Accept an offer, pay the applicable Acceptance Fees, and enter into an Occupancy Agreement for an eligible room type — defined as a multi-share apartment or double studio at Davey Lodge or Warrumbul Lodge
• Enter into an Occupancy Agreement between 1 March 2025 and 31 August 2025
• Maintain continuous residency in the eligible room type until the contract end date of 9 January 2026
• Have no outstanding accommodation debt or Negative Service Indicator (NSI) on your student account due to unpaid accommodation charges

Additional conditions:

• If your Occupancy Agreement is terminated prior to 9 January 2026, the rebate amount will be charged back to your account
• The rebate will be applied as a one-off credit to your accommodation StarRez account within four (4) weeks of 1 October 2025
• The rebate is not redeemable for cash and not transferable
• No separate application is required — eligibility will be assessed automatically when you accept your accommodation offer
• The University reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice
• Any disputes related to this offer will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Director, Residential Experience Division
