UniLodge East End is a brand new student accommodation building being constructed at the East End of the Adelaide CBD. The property is around the corner from the University of Adelaide and within short walking distance to the University of South Australia and other leading educational institutions.

We are very excited about the property, as it is going to be a fantastic living environment for students looking for convenient, safe and fun accommodation, so close to both universities and great entertainment precincts!

Accommodation Options

UniLodge East End has 78 two bedroom apartments across 14 levels. The apartments are large and offer different bedroom furnishings. You can have an apartment with either 2 king single beds, 2 double beds or 1 king single and 1 double bed. The apartments come fully furnished with beds, lounges, coffee table, dining table, LCD TV, bedroom shelves, wardrobes, desk and study chair. The full kitchens allow for many cooking adventures and the balconies provide a fun and outdoors place to enjoy. All of the apartments also feature a private bathroom in each.

Internet

Wireless internet is provided in each apartment and usage is unlimited making studying convenient and easy from your place!

 
Facilities & Common Area

The property features a fantastic common area on level 1 that includes a TV room with a large flat screen TV and foxtel! There are also two study rooms - a great space for students to enjoy and study together. Play a game of pool or just socialise with your friends - either way the recreation area is a fantastic place for you to meet new friends and enjoy living at UniLodge East End.

The property has been designed to ensure a safe and secure environment for students. Building and lift lobby access is only granted through swipe card access together with individual swipe cards for each apartment entry door. The property also boasts 24 hour onsite staff to ensure students always have someone close by should they need assistance.

UniLodge East End is located in a fantastic part of Adelaide's CBD. Walking distance to both the University of South Australia and the University of Adelaide means that students don't have to travel far! It is also within walking distance to Rundle Mall and the entertainment precinct of Adelaide.

Community Spirit is a student life program that has taken the best activities and the best student care practices from all our combined properties and delivered them through an innovative, integrated and contemporary program. The cost for this program is just $100 at the beginning of your occupancy agreement covering 12 months membership, so students don’t need to worry about budgeting to socialise and meet new friends and neighbours!
