UniLodge D1 is a well presented, boutique style student accommodation building in Melbourne. Situated within the University of Melbourne campus precinct and conveniently located 50 meters from the RMIT campus precinct. Its location is also close to Melbourne’s shopping (walk to Victoria Markets), entertainment and café areas, including Melbourne’s famous Italian food district - Lygon Street.

 

All studios are well appointed, fully furnished, contemporary student apartments, each with kitchen facilities and ensuite bathrooms. Many of the apartments have spacious balconies with parkland views. Each apartment is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with high speed wireless internet access and cordless phone.

 

UniLodge D1 student accommodation also provides residents with a common room with lounge area, cafe style seating area, plasma TV, DVD Player, and Wii console. A large separate study room is also available for students who want to work as a group or away from their room. There is also a coin-operated laundry available for the exclusive use of residents. Residents at UniLodge on D1 feel safe knowing that their building has been designed to include the latest security features, including security intercom, security cameras and security card access to all rooms.
