What do I need to do to reserve a room at UniLodge Wattle Lane?

Booking is easy! There are a few ways that you will be able to do it:

What items will I need to buy before I move in that are not in the apartment or not available at UniLodge to buy?

You will need to bring with you:

  • Cutlery
  • Crockery
  • Saucepans and other cooking utensils
  • Cleaning products
  • Linen
  • Towels
  • Pillows and Doona/Blanket

You can order most of these products from Your Shop and have them ready in your unit when you arrive!

How close is the nearest supermarket?

UniLodge Wattle has many local amenities within walking distance, including Broadway Shopping Centre – 400m and Central Park Retail – 600m which both include supermarkets.

How much is car parking?

Car parking is not available at the property.

Is there extra storage outside my unit?

Unfortunately there are no extra storage spaces at UniLodge Watte Lane.

After I move in who is the best person to ask if I have any questions?

If you have any questions or need any help at all while staying at UniLodge Wattle Lane, you can talk to our friendly Customer Service staff in person at reception, or by email at wattlelane@unilodge.com.au.

What contracts are available?

The contract period available is a minimum of 6 months. There are some limited shorter term options available – contact us to discuss your needs.

What ways can I pay for rent/utilities/phone?

You can pay by direct deposit or bank transfer directly into our account.

What do I have to do when I have a visitor?

You are required to advise Reception in advance of any visitors. It is essential that we know who is in the building at all times in case of an emergency. Overnight guests are not permitted.
