Is there a cancellation fee once I have secured an apartment?

Greater than 14 days before the start date of your contract the following amounts will be refundable:  Security Deposit and two weeks of Occupancy Fees.

Between 1 to 14 days before the start date of your contract: Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of occupancy fees (amount dependent on room type). You are also responsible for payment of the occupancy fees until a suitable replacement resident secured.

On or after the contract start date: Cancellation Fee equal to one week of Occupancy Fees (amount dependent on room type). Your are also responsible for payment of the Occupancy Fees until a suitable replacement resident is secured.

Are car parking spaces available?

Limited parking available at $13.00 per vehicle, per week. Permits are provided with 24-hour access to a parking space for the duration of your agreement. Applications are approved on a “first in, first served” basis.

Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

Yes - the departure clean fee varies by room and contract length is payable in advance to secure your room. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Connectmy.net and speed and download varies by plan.

Do I need a mattress protector?

Yes, you need to use a mattress protector which we will provide on your check in.
