No. There are no application fees.

There is no charge for a guest for up to three (3) nights in a Studio apartment only.

Yes. You will need to organize own Contents Insurance to cover your personal items inside your bedroom/apartment.

Yes. These are charged at $20 per mattress protector.

Electricity and other utilities usage are included in your rental payments.

If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

The cost payable by residents is 2 weeks rent plus GST and all rental costs until the apartment is leased again.

Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

Upon departure, your apartment is required to be returned to the same or better Good and Clean condition. If it is no, you will be require paying a departure cleaning fee. Please contact the Reception staffs for more details.

Is there a cancellation fee once I have secured an apartment?

Yes. The cancellation fee will be your holding deposit paid to secure the booking.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure the booking?

Yes. To secure an apartment, the tenant must pay 1-2 weeks rent plus the cost of mattress protector and shower curtain. Also, a Bond of 2-6 weeks rent depending on the apartment types and the weekly rental figure must be paid prior to check in.

Are car parking spaces available?

Sorry. There are no onsite car park spaces available.

What do I do if, or my family need somewhere to stay prior to checking into UniLodge?

There are many hotels/service apartments located near the UniLodge City Gardens. You will be able to book it online from i.e. booking.com or any other similar hotel booking website.

What do I need to bring on arrival/check-in day?

On top of the normal clothes, books and bags please have the following information ready to assist with your check-in process when you arrive: Passport Enrolment letter Copy of Student Visa Student ID Financial Proof Information Form Proof of Bond Payment
