FAQs For Residents and Parents

Does this property have an Application fee?

Yes a non-refundable application fee of $230 per room.

Is an advanced payment required?

Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay 4 weeks rent before arrival. This payment also serves as the security deposit.

Is there a cancellation fee once I have secured an apartment?

Yes cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 weeks’ occupancy fee.

Are car parking spaces available?

Yes car parking spaces are free with each apartment and 20 bicycle spaces are free.

Do I need to pay a departure clean fee?

Yes - The departure clean fee is $150 per room per hour and payable on arrival.

If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

The tenant will be charged one week’s rent per the occupancy agreement and the amount depends on the room type.

What utility costs am I responsible for?

Utility charges are separately metered so the tenant is responsible for these costs per their plan.

How much is the Internet / WIFI? Who is the provider and how much bandwidth do I have

Internet access and WIFI is provided by Big Air and speed and download varies by plan.

Do I need a mattress protector?

Yes, the cost is $15 per protector.

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?

Yes this is not included in your rent.

Can an extra guest stay over?

Yes guests are allowed to stay for free for a 4 night maximum stay.
