   • 6 Bedroom Apartment: $289 per person, per week (discounted from $413) 
   • Regular Studio Apartment: $332 per week (discounted from $513) 
3. All new residents must have paid their advance rent of four (4) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
4. This offer applies only to a minimum lease of 9 weeks.
