*Things you should know:
- The offer is valid for new leases booked during the promotion period of 1.10.2019 to 30.06.2020 unless extended or apartments are exhausted.
- The referrer will receive a $200 rent credit if the referred friend books for a 48 week plus lease or $100.00 rent credit if the referred friend books for 24 week plus lease.
- The referrer needs to be classified as an eligible resident and already be a resident at UniLodge City Gardens.
- The referred friend must include resident's (referrer’s) full name on application form in the additional comments section.
- The referred friend must be classified as a new eligible resident and lease must commence prior to 30.06.2020.
- The $200 rent credit will be applied to the resident's (referrer) and new residents account within four (4) weeks of lease start date of the referred friend, with full acceptance fees paid/received.
- Rent credit cannot be exchanged for cash, be refunded and is not transferrable.
- This offer is valid at UniLodge City Gardens and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
- This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been secured with a deposit.
