*Things you should know:

1. The offer is valid until the 29.2.2020 unless extended or apartments are exhausted.
2. The referrer will receive a $100 rent credit if the referred friend books for a full 26-52 week lease.
3. The referrer needs to be classified as an eligible resident and already be a resident at UniLodge on A’Beckett.
4. The referred friend must include resident's (referrer’s) name on application form.
5. The referred friend must be classified as a new eligible resident and lease must commence prior 29.2.2020.
6. The $100 rent credit will be applied to the resident's (referrer) account within 4 weeks of lease start date of the referred friend, with full acceptance fees paid/received.
7. Rent credit cannot be exchanged for cash, be refunded and is not transferrable.
8. This offer is valid at UniLodge on A’Beckett and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
9. This offer is only valid when booking directly with UniLodge via its website, email, on the phone or in person at the property.
10. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
