| Well, it’s hot off the press and exciting. UniLodge has been appointed manager of the prestigious D2. We are scheduled to take over the reins late 2008, opening 2009 to students. If you are not familiar with this premium facility here is a snapshot: |

| D2, situated in Orr Street Carlton, offers six star boutique student accommodation. This property comprises 116 self contained apartments over eight levels. The building features quality finishes, advanced technology and environmental excellence. Each apartment has floor to ceiling glass and balconies. Next edition we’ll present more about the stunning D2. |

• feedback and ideas provided from our own ongoing customer (student) satisfaction survey. |

• The main purpose of Community Spirit is to provide an appropriate level and mix of activities, care and support for students residing at UniLodge; and
• The implementation of the Community Spirit program as policy enables our business to provide a quality and consistent level of student care, throughout the group. |
