UniLodge @ ANU offers a secure and comfortable student housing environment on campus for ANU students and we are excited to announce the development of the 3rd Lodge for UniLodge @ ANU - Warrumbul Lodge.

This exciting new student accommodation facility is due to open in early 2011 and will house more than 400 students in the ANU Exchange. 

The new Lodge will bring the total student population in the ANU Exchange to nearly 1500. The facility will house both undergraduate and graduates in a range of options from studios to 6-bed multi-share units, including premium 1 bedroom apartments.   

The new facility, built by Baulderstone and designed by Nettleton Tribe, is designed to promote a living/learning experience.

It will feature communal areas throughout the building, including flexi-spaces, computer labs, breakout zones, and outdoor courtyards, all designed to provide residents with an exciting, multi function environment in which to live, learn and network. The units will incorporate a number of innovative features including pre-fabricated bathrooms, and IPTV system and IP phones.
