
UniLodge Auckland Rules

To ensure the safety, security and comfort of all residents please note the following Rules for Residents.
2. Children are not permitted to reside at UniLodge unless residing with their parent/s or guardian/s.
3. Residents must not sub-let the apartment under any circumstances.
4. Under no circumstances must Students loan out their Proxy Card or copy their own or any other room keys.
5. Students are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors and must understand that visitors are also bound by all the Rules of Occupancy whilst in the facility.
6. Drugs/Illegal Substances - The use of / or being under the influence of any illegal substance in the building is strictly forbidden. This means that under NO circumstances are any illegal substances permitted within the complex. Failure to comply with this rule can result in eviction.
7. Smoking- smoking is NOT PERMITTED anywhere within the communal area of the building including the apartments.
8. Alcohol - Management promotes a responsible attitude towards the use of alcohol. Alcohol is permissible (if you are over the age of 18) only if consumed within your own apartment. Alcohol is only permitted in common areas with permission of the management.
9. Apartment, Furniture and Equipment - The furniture, and other items provided in the apartments are to be used for the purposes which they are designed for. The Student is liable for damage to this property.
10. Pets - Under no circumstances are you permitted to bring pets and animals into the complex.
