• Complete and e-mail (or fax or mail) your application form to us. 
• Once we have received your application, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your application.
• Once the application has been approved you will be required to pay a $500 holding deposit.
• When you move into UniLodge on Swanston your first month’s rent is due on arrival. The $500 holding deposit becomes part of your first rent payment.
• A bond equal to one month’s rent must be paid before you move in. This is payable to the RTBA (Residential Tenancies Bond Authority) in ONLY the form of bank cheque or money order in AUD.
• A cancellation fee may apply to cancellations made less than 28 days before your scheduled arrival.
