1. Complete and e-mail (or fax or send) us the on-line application form.
2. Once we have received your application, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your application. Please note that all applications are subject to availability.
3. Upon confirming your reservation, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 1st full month rental in advance deposit to secure your reservation. You are recommended to forward this deposit as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee the room for you until we have recieved your deposit.
4. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. This amount will be credited to your first full month rental on arrival.
5. Upon check in, the part month rental, Security Deposit, Departure Clean & Swipe Card fees are required along with 2 passport size photographs, Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) letter, photocopy of passport & visa, or Drivers Licence if Australian Citizen.
6.  A Secuirty bond equal to one month's rent (refundable) is required. This will only be accepted in the form of a bank cheque from a local bank or money order from Australia Post and must be made payable to the RTBA (Residential Tenancies Bond Authority).
7. Initial Semester Package or Installment payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS only. An additional charge will apply to credit card payments. For ongoing payments, a direct debit arrangement via your bank must be organised. The Security Deposit cannot be paid by EFTPOS.
