How to Make a Booking at UniLodge College House

1. Complete and lodge an application form together with the required forms of identification.
2. If successful in your application, you must pay the first month’s rent and pre-vacate cleaning fee to secure the property. A cancellation fee of $500 may apply to cancellations 28 days before the arrival date.
3. On the day you move in, a bond equal to one month’s rent is required by bank cheque/money order only. This should be made payable to the RTBA (Residential Tenancies Bond Authority). This is your security bond for the property held by the Government.
4. You will pay your rent monthly in advance. This is due on the anniversary of your tenancy commencement date each month.
5. Initial payments will be accepted by bank cheque or money order. For future rent payments you can pay by B-Pay with your rent card, or a direct debit arrangement through your bank can be organised.
