UniLodge is the operations arm of Meridien Student Living (MSL) which was established in May 2006 with the acquisition of UniLodge Pty Ltd by Meridien. UniLodge has over $460 million in assets within its management portfolio, including 17 student accommodation facilities with more than 5,700 beds across Adelaide, Auckland, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.
Already the largest student accommodation manager in the Australia / Asia Pacific region, MSL is in the process of expanding the UniLodge business through development and asset ownership.
