UniLodge Vivida is a "state of the art" and "purpose built" student apartment complex completed in February 2011.

The property is conveniently located next to Swinburne University of Technology (Hawthorn Campus), and is only a 1 minute walk to the Premium Glenferrie Train Station. Trams are on the doorstep heading North and South.

Comprising of 194 tastefully appointed studio apartments, UniLodge Vivida sets a superb new standard in student accommodation in the vibrant Hawthorn area. All studios are fully furnished, have kitchen facilities, en-suit bathrooms, plasma TV and DVD player.

Our Community Spirit Program (CSP) offers an interesting and balanced program of activities that ensures everyone has fun and has the opportunity to make new friends. Our common room has a brand new pool table and Foxtel (cable TV).

The office reception is open during business hours. On-site Resdential Advisors are on call after hours. So a UniLodge team member is available 24/7 for support - this also includes weekends and public holidays.
