Brand New Property

UniLodge on Villiers is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion at the end of 2011 in preparation for students studying in Melbourne in 2012.

The single studio accommodation is perfect for students wanting a brand new and private style of accommodation. The rooms are fully furnished with double beds, dining table with chairs, 32 inch TV with DVD player, study desk, lamp and chair. The kitchens feature gas burner stove, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and other appliances. Each studio also features their own ensuite bathroom. Internet and telephone connection is provided. Air Conditioning is provided in some of the apartments, just ask us when you enquire!

Each floor of the property features either a communal lounge or study area for you to use at your leisure. Level 6 has a fantastic rooftop courtyard that students are able to use with spectacular city views. A great place to meet new friends, socialise or study!

The property has been built as a safe and secure environment for students. Building and lift access is only granted through swipe card access with individual keys for each apartment. UniLodge on Villiers also has 24 onsite staff to ensure students always have someone close by should they need assistance.

UniLodge on Villiers is located on the corner of Villiers Street and Flemington Road in Melbourne’s CBD. The property is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the University of Melbourne and RMIT. Across the street from the property you will find University of Melbourne’s Bio 21 Institute.

Lygon Street - the fabulous café and restaurant precinct is also located very close by! Hop on a famous Melbourne tram, from your doorstep, and in a few minutes you’ll be in the central shopping hub and amongst all that Melbourne has to offer.
