UniLodge @ Swinburne Place student accommodation has been designed to provide for students' academic and social needs. 

Choice of Student Apartments
Students can choose to live in a single studio apartment or rent a bedroom in a two, three or four bedroom apartment, terrace or townhouse.

Accommodation Facilities
Each student apartment is stylishly furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living / dining area, television, telephone and built in heater.  Every bedroom in this student accommodation facility has a large study desk with high speed internet connection.  There are also common study areas where you can work with  other students on group assignments. 

There are also spacious student lounge areas, as well as outdoor terraces and barbecue area.

Student Care  
UniLodge @ Swinburne Place staff provide a high level of care for students. Regular social events are arranged by both on site residential staff and Residential Advisers to help you meet other students from Australia and around the world.

Secure and Safe Student Living Environment
There is excellent security throughout this accommodation facility and as a resident at UniLodge @ Swinburne Place you will be issued with an electronic key card for your apartment and bedroom.  This card is also required  to use the lifts and enter the student common areas.
