The building features quality finishes, advanced technology, environmental excellence and awesome attention to detail. The ground floor common room has been designed to provide an exciting interface with the street and providing residents with an exceptional level of amenity. This awesome room has a big screen plasma TV with Foxtel and Wii, large group study table and separate cafe style seating area. You will feel secure throughout the facility with smart card access at key entry points. Other facilities include a coin operated laundry, ironing facilities, bike spaces and a gorgeous café on ground level.

About the apartments

The apartments have floor to ceiling glass and balconies which take advantage of the excellent aspect offered by the inner city location. Contemporary apartments are self contained including study desk, kitchenette and convection microwave oven, fridge/freezer and gas cooking facilities, dining table and chairs, sofa and ottoman, coffee table, LCD TV and DVD player, ensuite bathroom (some with baths – great!) and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
