Brand New Property

The University of Canberra is opening their new campus accommodation located adjacent to the university. The heritage listed building has recently been fully refurbished opened at the beginning of 2012 in time for Semester 1 commencement.

We are very excited about the property, as it is a fantastic living environment for students looking for convenient, safe and fun accommodation, so close to the university campus!

Accommodation Options 

The accommodation options are quite extensive, offering single, double or twin studios, along with multi-share apartments with 3, 4 or 7 bedrooms. The rooms come completely furnished with beds, dining table with chairs, television, study desk, bookshelf and chair. The kitchenettes allow for small cooking adventures, and there is a full size kitchen on each floor for those a little more adventurous. There are also ensuite bathrooms within each apartment.

Telephone & Internet

There is a telephone within your apartment to make and receive calls. (Call charges will apply).

Facilities & Common Areas

Each level of the property has several flexi spaces that include full kitchens, reading and study spaces and social areas for the students to utilise. The property also has an amazing common area for all residents to enjoy. Watch foxtel on the LCD TV, play pool or foosball, compete in table tennis or simply enjoy relaxing in the air conditioning whilst socialising with friends.

The property has been designed to ensure a safe and secure environment for students. Building and lift lobby access is only granted through swipe card access together with individual swipe cards for each apartment entry door. The property also boasts 24 hour onsite staff to ensure students always have someone close by should they need assistance.

Car parking is available at the property at an additional cost - just ask us when you call! Bike racks however are provided to residents at no extra charge.
