UniLodge @ ANU – Lena Karmel Lodge

UniLodge would like to announce the latest UniLodge @ ANU property to join the portfolio – Lena Karmel Lodge.

Lena Karmel Lodge is currently in the final stages of construction and is scheduled for completion and opening in February 2012.

The property is located on campus at the Australian National University (ANU), and is centrally located with less than a 5 minute walk to lecture theatres, within close proximity to the CBD and with public transport at your doorstep connecting you with shops, banks, medical facilities and entertainment - all in the nation’s capital!

With apartment types ranging from single studios to 6 bedroom apartments, there will be an accommodation style to suit every student! Each apartment boasts a desk for each student, reverse cycle air-conditioning, kitchenette, bed, ensuite bathrooms and internet connection. Each student is also able to access the properties vast range of facilities including BBQ’s, indoor and outdoor recreation areas, common kitchen area with microwave, oven and fridges, library, computer lab, laundries, and onsite management.

Lena Karmel Lodge will have an interactive and busy Community Spirit Program (CSP) to match those of Warrumbul, Kinloch and Davey Lodge’s. UniLodge’s CSP is designed to create fun interactive activities for our students to enjoy and to facilitate the creation of lasting friendships. From movie and cuisine nights to tours of our nation’s capital, there is something fun for everyone!
