Comprising of  71 tastefully appointed two bedroom apartments, UniLodge @ UQ - St Lucia sets a superb new standard in student accommodation in the St Lucia area. It is conveniently located right in the heart of the University of Queensland education precinct. The unique location allows students to walk to lectures - meaning no need for public transport and therefore provides students with more time for study or enjoying the extensive range of extra curricular activities that the University has on offer - or because you are so close to campus, you can even head back to your apartment for your lunch break or a coffee on your private balcony with your friends.

Efficient public transport connects the precinct with nearby shopping, clubs, and entertainment venues. A City Cat terminal within walking distance, allows comfortable transport into the city centre, via the tranquil waters of the Brisbane River.

The building and apartments boast great facilities (head to the Facilities page for a detailed list) and a high level electronic security system. UniLodge @ UQ - St Lucia also offers over 90 individual car parks, enabling residents to lease a secure car park space within the building.   

UniLodge understands that as a university student your number 1 priority are your academic achievements, however we also believe that being a uni student provides you with the opportunity to engage in a range of activities including sports, art, charity work, social events etc. Our Community Spirit Program (CSP) offers a range of events and activities for all of our residents - ranging from day trips, movie nights, karaoke nights, sporting events, charity work etc. The regular events provide you with the opportunity to make some new friends, interact with other students in the building, explore what Brisbane has on offer and most importantly - enjoy the university life experience.

Insurance

Landlord's insurance does not provide cover for the tenant's possessions.
(note: it is strongly recommended the tenant takes out contents insurance to adequately cover their possessions).
